The closest thing we have to a train in Vegas is a single carriage at the Springs Preserve filled with life sized plaster models of people, it's creepy, but Charlottes loves playing in that carriage all the same. I can only conclude that her love must be genetic, inherited from her Granddad, who loves trains just as much as she does...maybe slightly more. We've taken her on the Monorail here since it's the best we could do, but a journey on a real train with Granddad was one of the highlights of our England trip.
We call this one 'happy face'
Beautiful Knaresborough countryside. There's no place like home!
Sheep, cows, horses, pigs...we saw them all. We're weren't in Vegas anymore!
From a train ride to a train Museum. Charlotte got a guided tour of the National Railway Museum from our family expert
Getting comfy on one of Japan's Bullet trains:
Charlotte loved the model trains and followed them back and forth through the tunnels and along the tracks:
Lucky for Charlotte, Granddad has a train set all of his own so the magic didn't have to end with the train journey home.
